Trust Administration

The successor trustee, who serves as fiduciary, accepts appointment and makes proper notice to trust beneficiaries. The successor trustee must carry out actions and manage the trust as specified in the trust instrument. Assets must be 

marshaled, protected & inventoried. Debts and taxes must be paid. Accountings & distributions must be completed as required.
